I think we're also going to need to do some conversion for cost of living as well.
Can you create another poll that lists average cost of living expenses for each GM?
And then we'll follow up with a third poll where each option is an hourly wage relative to cost of living?

So I get 1k a month for "20 hours" of TAing a week that ends up only being like 6 hours.

My cost of living is super low. I spend about $400 a month on internet, water, electricity, food and transportation.
