The question is whether the league should be permitted to exercise imminent domain on a GM's franchise.
In the current situation, it would be to transfer that team to a new GM.
As with all cases of imminent domain, just compensation would need to be transferred to the GM whose team was being taken. We can discuss in the comments what that compensation would look like.

I voted yes.
I'm not totally comfortable with real life currency, but could hold my nose if everyone else wants that.
I think we should approximate a conversion rate for USD to pig pennies. We could use an average of TMBSL's hourly rates and convert to pig pennies based on the average compensation for an article vs. how much time it takes.
For example, let's say average hourly wage rate on TMBSL is $24/hr and the average article takes 2 hrs and results in 8k. That means that the conversion is 4k pig pennies to $24. So to give Fecta the $1,000 USD he has requested, we'd need to give him 166.6k. Round that up to 170k and call it fair.
I think this is a good approximation for just compensation.

Do we really think the average hourly wage on TMBSL is that low?

I did NOT check this math but Heebs is a lawyer so I’m gonna have to agree with this.

Do we really think the average hourly wage on TMBSL is that low? BK works at Batteries R Us. In West Virginia where the minimum wage is $8.75. But I actually think he quit there and is now doing an unpaid (or close to unpaid) internship.

Do we really think the average hourly wage on TMBSL is that low? I think we'd need to analyze it, but it might be.

Voted yes because it’s 20s. The only other person that should get this privilege is Soup.

he can have whatever name he wants
there's no point to this game if your investment can be arbitrarily taken away
so people will stop playing
which defeats the purpose of moving heaven and earth to get 1 person to play
