hey gang had a wild idea last night
what if each commissioner had their regular account (at odin, at druce, etc.) and also a commissioner account (at commish) that changed hands with each commissioner
one of the issues commissioners have raised is the feeling that they can't come to the board without being bombarded by duties
in this system GMs would send all their bids / upgrades / DCs / questions / tags / whatever to at commish, and the current commissioner could come to the board on their personal account and not have to see any of it
