Couple of days ago, Denver's general manager Mike Fewpesos was thinking he finally made it. Reportedly, the nuggs had an arrangement to adquire Boston's star Sekou Doumbouya for a package including Rudy Gobert, picks, granola and a huge poster of Lionel Messi.
Deal fell apart once league officials found out the Celtics side was arranged by an impostor. Apparently, there was a dispute between team ownership and the league's commish since the general manager doing the call for the trade wasn't even the general manager of the Boston Celtics. Our source has told us little to no thing about this fake wannabe C's gm but we're eager to find out who this fella from Utah is.
A similar case happend some time ago with other eastern conference team when league source found out Raptors stars were being shopped for Granola.
