*****Starting from this year, all Height / Weight upgrades need be posted in your individual team section*****
You may add +1 height to one teenager.
You may add +5 weight to one player age 25 or under.
In addition you may send up to two players to one of the following camps. Players may go to one off season camp in their career. They cost 5k each.
Camp Options:
D/R Team Player Camp: -20 Inside Scoring
"RIP Sexton" Camp: +8 Passing
Late Growth Spurt: +1 inch Height

Also Ian, if you're complaining about people not being able to read maybe you should change the OP from Height/Weight/Camps to just camps...
