What if teams could trade allotted upgrades and the free heigh/weight upgrades?


Kings trade:

08 Kings +1
08 Kings +5
09 Kings +5


Grizzlies trade:

08 Grizzlies Upgrades (15)
09 Grizzlies Upgrades (10)



The result of this trade would be the Kings having 2 +1s in 2008 (grizz and their own) and 2 +5s in 08 and 09. The Grizzlies would be able to use 45 upgrades in 08 (while the kings can only use 15) and 40 in 09 (20 for kings) but wouldn't have those free +1/+5s he traded.

I'd also be concerned about people trading upgrades 5 years out and then quitting. IMO we'd just want to ensure a new GM has their full +30.
