Since our numbers are dwindling I think we should always be actively trying to recruit new GMs. But people now seem to only do things when there is an incentive. So can we go back to rewarding people for bringing in new GMs that stick around for a certain amount of years?
My proposal: 5k to bring in a new GM (Obviously it can't be an alt account, if Billy does this, fine him heavily or maybe even boot him), then +3 bonus points if the new GM lasts more than 3 seasons.

If we get a legitimate GM who sets a DC and sends bids for, say, each of his first 3-5 seasons, I think the rewards should be far greater. I picked these as the "basic" must-do activities that indicate some level of interest. |

i feel like our numbers are the same they've been for about 30 sim seasons  don't mind growing the incentive for growth of maximizing our synergistic paradigm, but don't see the need for doomsaying either |

And I don't think we've been giving people anything so far in 5.0 as we did in 4.0 for bringing in new people. |
