WISN12 News - Milwaukee, WI
After weeks of not appearing in public, the owner and GM of the Milwaukee Bucks, Mr. Trofie "12-point" Buck was found dead in his home this morning after a policeman was sent to the residence on a wellness check. It appears that he has been dead for several days and while tests are being run to determine if any poisons or chemicals are in his system, it seems that the giant stab wound in his abdomen is the likeliest cause of death. He leaves behind a team, rudderless and leaderless... with no known heirs in his last will and testament.
Police have one major lead, Bucks 3rd-year player Paul Pierce. Known for being around stabbings, Pierce has been publicly demonstrative and combative about his reduced role this year. After starting for 2 seasons, he has been relegated to mop-up duty this season, only appearing in 8 games thus far. When asked for a comment, Pierce cryptically replied "The Truth always wins." Several teammates have turned on Pierce and his attitude, but most seem afraid to flat-out accuse the man of murder.
A few players have been questioned, but their lack of information has left officials grasping for concrete evidence. DeAndre Ayton told them he was too busy being the best player in the league to notice anything else going on. When investigators intimated that he wasn't the best player in the league, Ayton pretended not to hear them and and them promptly excused himself. When investigators produced the murder weapon in front of Matthew Dellavedova, he retorted "That's not a knife. THIS is a knife" and proceeded to hold up a spoon. He was quickly asked to leave and never come back.
While the case may never be solved, it is clear that the team needs new leadership. 5 years of DeAndre Ayton and only 1 winning season? The real winner here may be the fans of the Milwaukee Bucks. Maybe they should check to see if one of them did it.
Potential future GMs for the team include 20s and that guy named "kiwi" that logged on briefly the other day. We'll be back with any scoops about future GMs or proof that Paul pierced Trof.
