1500 ATL 1500 BOS 3000 CHA 3500 CHI 2500 CLE 3000 DEN 1500 DET 1000 GS 1500 HAR 2500 HOU 500 IND 2000 LAC 0 LAL 2000 MIA 1500 MIL 1000 POR 1500 SAC 4000 SAS 1500 SEA 500 TOR 1000 VAN 2000 WSB 1500 WSW
the way i did it was that if you picked within x time of the last pick, you got the reward
if you didn't pick within x time of the last pick, but you did within x time of the 10am-10pm central timer starting, and that time hadn't already elapsed in the previous timer, you also got the reward
for example 1.16 IND picks at 7:27, that's within 30 minutes of 7:20 => 1000 BUCKS 1.7 GSW picks at 11:17, that's more than two hours from the previous pick at 8:39, but within two hours of 10:00 => 500 BUCKS 1.2 CLE picks at 10:53, that's within two hours of 10:00, but the last pick the previous day was 17:27 => NO BUCKS
let me know if there's any confusion
this isn't an accept/decline situation either

What happens if you traded for a pick where the time had elapsed but immediately made your pick
