The Dallas Mavericks have an open-ended invitation to the league for a backup wing or PG. They are willing to part with 2 1st round picks and up to 8k bucks (along with expirings) to make it happen.
Their GM, Mr. Throws, is worried that their title window will close before they even manage to win a playoff round.
