Strengths
- While he doesn't create a lot of steals or blocks, Notice was the Gamecocks' best defender on the road to their only Final 4...shuts down the opponent's lead guard at the point of attack, let's no one into the lane, and destroys possessions with devastating backcourt pressure
- Above average volume 3 point shooter, smooth stroke but can get a little streaky
- While only an average shot creator, he does not turn the ball over...wouldn't want to start him as a point guard but he's more than capable as a backup or secondary ball handler
- Great strength for a small guard
- Outstanding leader
Weaknesses
- Only average athleticism
- Doesn't give you anything on the boards
- Very limited game inside of 3...takes half as many shots from 2 as he does from 3 per game
- While he shoots 3's at an acceptable clip with volume, free throw shooting needs some work (only 71% for his college career and 67% as a senior)
- Not a lot of upside
