Declarations and Early Entries will happen the same day as the lottery.
G-League promotions/demotions will be most likely limited to a 3 times per year, once after the draft, once after preseason, once after G-League season sim.
If anyone has anything they'd like to see changed but don't want to post, feel free to PM me and we can discuss.
I'm not going to police depth charts, I'll leave that up to league members.
Kicking around the idea of raising caps to 90 across the board save for Inside (100) and shot blocking.

Don’t mess with the caps. I think they are great right now.

I agree with Delap, I would leave player caps alone for now.

I too like the caps where they are.
Unweighted lotto can stay or go. I guess if it does get changed we should know like 5 seasons in advance though so people don’t trade their picks without that knowledge.

Don't mess with unweighted lotto. Don't mess with caps. Why can you only buyout players with 3 or more years on their deal? Seems weird not to allow buyouts for 2 yr contracts. tmbsl5.proboards.com/thread/39/buyouts

A thing I just did on the Magic's lab, applied first choice up to cap then added the rest to 2nd choice. I'll be doing this moving forward, and noting how many points went into what. If you'd rather the full x points go into the second category just let me know and I'll change it.

For example, in Majic's Lab for the Blazers he specified +10 to Strength and +10 to Inside when he wanted a specific amount into each attribute.
