updated the SOS

went with (2 * opponents' record [less games played against team] + opponents' opponents' record) / 3 to establish a SOS win%
then expressed that in terms of pts with 50 * SOS win % - 25 because that fit the 8.15 exponent we use for pythagorean win loss
and inverting pythagorean win loss gives technically two variables (pts scored and allowed)
but that's locally flat space-time for a regime near our average pts
so i linearized it and voila (belgian literally translated as 'bob's your uncle')

bottom line, if the BCS computers are wrong how come they don't put Condi Rice on the scoreboard, huh smart guy?
