Cole Anthony PG 6'3" 184 20 North Carolina
Anthony is an aggressive, confident, score-first point guard who, at 6’3, 190 lbs has decent size for the positiom. Above average athleticism, he possesses solid speed, body dexterity, agility and quickness. Wired to score, and when at his best is capable of putting up points in a hurry, with the shot-making ability and ball skills to do damage at all 3 levels. He's stronger finishing at the rim than he is as a jumpshooter... but his form is excellent and he can definitely expect to see his shooting %s increase as he matures. As an incredibly high-usage guard... points should flow, but TOs will absolutely be an issue for him for his career. Can be a bit sloppy with the ball in stretches, forcing the action and over dribbling to cause turnovers, and isn’t quite a natural playmaker for others or a true floor general from the lead guard spot. It seems to take a concerted effort for him to pass, only sporadically scoring and setting up teammates well in the same game. He will anger others by not getting them involved on offense and by his very lazy defense... so his teammates may grow weary of him quickly. He is a ++ rebounder for a guard, so there is more to his game than pure scoring.
