iirc the 04 class still used my rules.

also i dont really know what he changed except for not using the CG and F positions

If someone was listed as a PG they could play PG no matter the handling grades. One slight adjustment ask, if someone is created as a PG they should be able to play PG no matter what happens to their handles IMO.

nah, if a pg drops below b- they should be out of the league not still playing pg
