Jay Williams PG 6'2" 195 21 Duke
Strengths: - Fearless attacking the rack, can finish in traffic
- Range extends well past the collegiate 3pt line - Very strong player for his size, contact does not deter him
Weaknesses: - Accident-prone from the free throw line, despite decent form - Is a little careless with the ball. Has trouble trusting teammates to do their job.

Love the write-up.
High 3-point rating and low jumper will be interesting to watch initially, but it seems like the jumper will be the first (and maybe only?) thing to fix.
