I really like the idea of a wheel... but definitely want to move away from the current system. Options 3/4 could be great. Don't incentivize tanking. This is America.

Evenly weighted lottery incentives tanking still, but at a different spot in the Standings. Suddenly the 8th seed is the worst place to finish. I know if I was around the 7th-8th seed and clearly not a contender I'd tank my ass off the last few sims at a minimum. |

What are the weight modifications? I assume it is something like an evenly weighted lottery for the first 3-4 spots.. then order of record for the rest of the non-playoff/8 seed teams |
