logan brought up what i think is a good idea in shout that got lost in the sim one shuffle: any player with 1-3 years experience can be mentored if they're on a $5m- deal
currently the rule already allows players on extended rookie contracts that satisfy $5m- to be mentored, this would just allow players who are signed to something after their first FA period to get mentors too, which i think makes sense and will be practically a lot easier for me to keep track of, so i'm probably going to do it unless i hear something really compelling otherwise
this would not be in tomorrow's rule changes but sim 8's
