Reminder that many players in years 1-3 are now in the minor league system. They can be signed just like any other free agent in the Signings and Cuts thread, first come first served, by default to a league minimum but the LLE/MLE can be used if it hasn't been yet, simply put which minor league team they are currently on when doing.

My schedule is going to be more erratic in the coming weeks, including a delayed sim tomorrow for sure. To alleviate the disruption, effectively immediately I am moving all weekday sims back one hour, so general deadlines will be 1:30 PM Eastern and sim will be posted by 2 PM Eastern. I will try to provide as much advance notice as possible if a particular sim is expected to be delayed.

In the next resignings post, there will be a second section of Market Value Team Options. All players in year 1 or 2 on expiring contracts who have at least 500 career MP will be eligible for a one year resign using the same market value calculation for players that offer to resign, although it will be capped at $11,300,000 for a player in year 1 and $11,900,000 for a player in year 2.

If a player offers a traditional resign and a MVTO, the team can choose which one to use for a player they want to retain. If a team does not specify, the traditional resigning will be processed.

Teams will only be able to sign one player each year to a MVTO.

Both the MVTO and the $5m- extension are tradeable.
