This week the sim will be late Tuesday and Friday, and on time on Thursday.
Currently, expiring players on minor league affiliates are edited to the major league team before resignings are generated. This gives them Bird rights and more accurate resigning.
This is not going to happen anymore.
They may still offer to resign or they may not, and provisionally we're going to allow teams to accept those resigns (they will go through the same scaling process all resigns go through). If they don't or are not accepted, the major league team will have 0 Bird years on any expiring player on a minor league affiliate. Furthermore, there will be no impact of the Loyalty attribute, since the player will be loyal to the affiliate rather than the major league team.
If you want Bird years, you must promote expiring minor league players by sim 9 at the latest.
