"Dr. Rounds" graduates as a Chippewa and not a medical doctor... but he is the reigning MAC player of the year. Springy, wiry, and tenacious, Roundfield is an absolute eraser on the defensive end. He averaged north of 5 stocks per game over the last season and did so against the best of the best and the MAC. He will meet anyone at the rim, even when he is giving up 3-4 inches and 40 pounds to most other interior players. He can also get out on the floor and guard smaller wings and pick their pocket. He can excel guarding anyone on the court except for the fastest of point guards and the absolute biggest centers. He's a capable scorer inside, particular as a alley-oop target, but the rest of his scoring game is pretty mundane. His FT stroke is broken and he really doesn't excel offensively when he has to create his own shot.
