Another Division II prospect that is expected to go high in the draft, Charles Oakley (the Division II Player of the Year) has developed a reputation as a rebounding force and strong physical specimen in scouting circles. He led Division II in rebounding, pulling down over 17 a game last season. Outside of rebounding, and his physical frame, the other thing that intrigues scouts about Oakley is his surprisingly competent free throw shooting... a rarity among the big men in this class. On the flip side, there are warning signs about other parts of his game, where he hasn't shown a consistent ability to control the ball, pass well, or block many shots.
