Manute Bol C 7'6" 204 23 Bridgeport
The biggest unknown in the draft this year is the Sudanese Bol. Playing at tiny Bridgeport, a Division II school with no significant history, Bol racked up eye-popping stats, nearly averaging double-digits blocks each game. However... his opponents were clearly not of a quality that you will see in TMBSL. Can he replicate that success at the next level? We've seen consistently that shot blocking is a translatable skill, so that's a good thing. However, do we know where is he at in his skill development? He picked up basketball really late in his teenage years, so there could be substantial room to grow. A major issue will clearly be his strength and weight, in workouts at the University of Maryland he was only able to bench press 50 pounds. He is incredibly thin and his frame it unlikely to support any substantial muscle development in the future. The big man has shown a penchant to shoot from 3pt range, so he is open to new ideas... but he also isn't very good at it.

Career 21% shooter from 3. Those 6 3s were 60% of his made 3s that season.

You can skew statistics to support any argument, meanwhile I watched that video with my OWN TWO EYES.
