I think egg mentioned he and newguy both work warehouse jobs and I can say from experience in that type of environment it isn't conducive to participating in something like this throughout the day. Yeah I don't discount that, I'm just a)wondering what fecta's excuse is and b)that could be true but could also be used as cover Fecta's the most full of shit. While I know for a fact he did indeed just get MLB The Show 20, he knows how this game functions well enough that he wouldn't be able to pull the n00b excuse that Newguy/Egg can. |

No it isn't. The point of the game, if you're town, is for the town to win. Odd that the reward is larger for those who survive and win. Perhaps because that's the goal of the game?

Yeah the reward definitely needs to be re-worked.
Especially if someone who is a GM is going to let it impact the way they play the game vs. someone like Soup or Bankz who isn't a GM and has no need for bucks and therefore wouldn't let it influence them.
Also, using the 4k difference in bucks as a defense for squirming is lol.

Its also helpful to defend yourself because that also has value when you get the knife. At this point we seem to be spinning our wheels. Ank is the only one who seems confident on Skrouse being Mafia. Is anyone pushing a different vote? You’d seem way more interested in defending him than anyone else. It’s known universally that we have nothing tangible on Skrouse except for a vague statement by Ank and some reactive responses from Skrouse. You’ve been intent on defending his defense of himself since the moment you checked the thread. I’m defending no one. I’m simply adding to the conversation about how the game could be played. |

I was also simply pointing out that those who survive get a larger reward, which implies it is the goal, thus rebutting the point that the only goal in the game as town is for the town to win.

Man, glad I now have all of these examples for future games. Will be sure to put anyone on blast that has to defend themselves against baseless votes as squirming. It apparently is a great maf tactic. |
