A player whose development never really clicked, Finley seems to have regressed slightly from his sophomore year to his senior year. Probably stayed in college a year too long for his draft stock, but still has all the pieces to be a solid starter in TMBSL, just may lack some of the sexiness of "upside." A great jumpshooter, but with possibly limited range, Finley is at his best operating from 15-19ft out and occasionally attacking downhill utilizing his impressive hops. He will create a flurry of turnovers, as his anticipation and wingspan make it easy for him to jump passing lanes for easy live-ball steals. Along with his lack of range, some scouts are concerned with his overall strength... but that seems to be the one thing that has improved over the last few years, so it could be a lesser concern.
