A big unknown from the land Down Under, Exum has the pedigree as his father Cecil plied his wares professionally on the basketball court, too. His measurables are off-the-charts, as he is incredibly quick and can fly through the air. His long-reach and burst allow him to close passing windows quickly and lead to many steals and transition opportunities. He needs a weight-room regimen immediately to get him ready for the big leagues. His jumpshot/outside shot need work too, but seem salvageable given his age, as long as a team values helping him in that way.
