A late-bloomer, Lillard has exploded on the scene... despite plying his wares in scenic Ogden, Utah. A confident, ball-dominant guard... Lillard shoots shoots and shoots some more from all over. His handle is tight and allows him to move freely around the court (and out of traps) to get to his spots. Range is incredible, shooting comfortably out to 32' feet. The major knock on him is that he is a one-way player... his defense is not great (and that's being nice)... however most scouts think that PG is the one position where that doesn't matter so much in TMBSL... so they may overlook those faults for a shot at an explosive scorer.
