3 out of the last 4 all-star contest weekends show up wrong in the All-Star Winners HTML page. What's up with that?

in 2019 the 3presults.htm was created june 19th and the day61.htm was created june 18th, so that's impossible because day61 is simmed after the all-star break. the dunkresults.htm was also june 19th that year, but it's plausible that shawn marion just happened to win both.

similar with 2018 - 3presults.htm and day61.htm are both may 31st, which shouldn't be possible.

these "Page created" blurbs are part of the software output so it's not an issue of having a resim or preseason kicking around that the ftp erroneously reads as newer, the software for some reason regenerated all star break htms.

we can also verify that it's the mass winners page that's correct by looking at stephen jackson's player htm that clearly shows 2019 3-point shootout champion

the htms for the allstar and rookie games themselves don't get regenerated, so we've got that going for us at least
