Any team with a player on the roster before TC who received a non-rookie regular season reward and has at least A- in a given rating can give +5 in any attribute that factors into that rating.
The +5 is separate from a player's 25 point cap and team's 30 point cap but cannot exceed attribute upgrade caps.
It can only be used on a player not drafted in the first round.
It can only be used on a player on their rookie contract, and only in the first year for an undrafted post-TC signing.
Mentoring will only be processed on the same sims as other upgrades (1, 4, 7, 10, playoff 1).

Assuming I hadn't given Shawn Marion +25 already, could I have given 4 separate +5s here or just 1 from the 4 categories I qualified for?
I only have 5 left of my 30 so I would like to use...
