Good luck ripping those balls away from Sloan. Vice grips of hands and a penchant for fighting for everything has led to Sloan being the talk of the draft... at least on one end of the court. He flies around on defense, jumping passing lanes, swatting shots from the weakside, and generally making life hell for opposing wings. Despite that, there are concerns with his pre-draft measureables in the shuttle runs and vertical. He is an old 22, so most scouts see him as a plug-and-play (a real chance to start right out of the gates), but not as a long-term project.
