i'm not really on board with something that's going to require me to check the passing rating of everyone listed at pg each year
so here's my suggestion:
players listed with c/pf/sf in their draft profiles can never be pg eligible
sg need b+ to play pg
pg/sg need b- to play pg
pg need c+ to play pg or be a rookie

alternate idea:
c/pf/sf can never play pg
sg need b+ to play pg
pg/sg need b to start at pg, b- to backup
pg need b- to start, c+ or be rook to backup

What about just something for PG draft prospects where their passing always starts above a certain threshold? If they regress and it dips below that’d be fine.

the last two leagues we've had created players in have mostly been ruined by them. people can't control themselves and i'm as guilty as anyone, all the cheese in tmbbsl was 100% my fault. so we're just not going to do it.

What about having the ability to add a name to the draft class but not control their grades? this way we could still have some fun name/players but there wont be any cheesing? |

Make Shot Blocking not available as an upgrade to guards/wings, only PF/C (with the aforementioned cap), players that have been upgraded in shot blocking can't be listed as SF/SG/PG

Make Shot Blocking not available as an upgrade to guards/wings, only PF/C (with the aforementioned cap), players that have been upgraded in shot blocking can't be listed as SF/SG/PG shot blocking upgrades are capped at 60 for bigs, 40 for sf, and 5 for guards a rule preventing people from moving pure pfs to sf after blocking upgrades is a good idea to close an obvious loophole. probably should do the same for sf to sg. |

Earning Dump bucks has some listings for Dump buck rewards to help expedite the draft...what about something for setting DC’s on time since that has been an issue as well. +500 for within 12 hours of TC/preseason, etc.

He also said he'd post a set time for Sim 1 to go up and if your DC wasn't in by then, it'd get auto'd. |

How are we handling draft classes this time? I know you had mentioned wanting to do sim league legends as the creation pool so i'm thinking about something along these lines: 110 players ages 18-21 consisting mostly of current college players with some 50s guys, legends, and high school phenoms thrown in. 260 players ages 22-26, healthy mix of college players, 50s guys, and legends 100 players ages 27-31, legends, 50s guys, software guys however many i need of 32+ to fill the league, mostly software guys and some legends rookie drafts classes will be determined randomly like 4.0. seemed like everyone enjoyed it and there hasn't really been a better idea pitched yet. |

I like the idea of starting with the kids in college now, it's only 3-4 draft classes we'd be giving up and it's a strong chronologically tied group that will be fun as well.
