Overview

G League will function like a minor league system. It will have it's own save file independent from the main league file. By default each team will be populated by the same random players with generic names and grades.


Player Eligibility

• Undrafted players and players drafted in the 2nd Round can be sent for free.
• Players drafted in the lottery are NOT eligible for the G League.
• Players drafted 1st Round outside of the lottery are eligible to be sent by paying dump bucks. These players are limited to 2 years in the G League. Price will be determined by draft slot using this formula with y being the draft slot: (30-y)250+500
• If a player has played even one minute in the regular season of TMBSL they may not be sent to the G League. They may however play in the preseason.
• If a player wins any award that gives him a potential upgrade (MVP, PMVP, DPOY, ROY) he is no longer eligible for the G League.

Rewards

Rewards will be handed out based on player performance. They are listed below.

Player Rewards
These rewards are given to the player and don't have to be used immediately. If he is traded without using the reward his new GM can then use them. It does not count against your team upgrade limit to accumulate these however it does to actually use them.

• MVP - +5 pot
• Playoff MVP - +5 pot
• ROY - +5 pot
• DPOY - +5 pot
• 1st Team - 3 upgrade points
• 2nd Team - 2 upgrade points
• 3rd Team - 1 upgrade point
• 1st Team D - 2 upgrade points
• 2nd Team D - 1 upgrade point
• 1st Team Rookie - 2 upgrade points
• 2nd Team Rookie - 1 upgrade point
• Top 3 in the league in any stat listed awards 1 upgrade point (PPG, RPG, APG, SPG, FG%, FT%)
• All Star Appearance - 1 upgrade point
• Win Dunk Contest or 3pt Shootout - 1 upgrade point

Team Rewards

• Win the G League - 5000
• Best record in the Regular Season - 3000
• Conference Finals appearance - 1000

yeah, bunch of dudes named john smith or something with identical grades. players not really capable of doing much. like C across the board types or something.

Don't see thet promotion rules. So if i wanted to promote a dude onto my reg team how do i do that? Can I do it now? Does his contract stay the same?

if there's not a promotions thread for this year you can make one (or any year if you're the first to call someone up)
you can call them up now
