Once per season (immediately after TC) i will post a thread. In this thread GMs can openly bid on vacant teams. Bidding will be open for exactly 24 hours. If you win you immediately resign from your previous position and take over your new team. You leave your bank behind and take over your new team's bank. You may only change teams once per 10 years. Bids start at 25k and the minimum increase is 1k. You do not get a new gm package.
This should give people who feel stuck a way to get out and start over. And give those who have mastered sim the ability to take on new challenges. If we have a full league (lol) then i will not post the thread.
