I think thats just more work for you, having to manually remove 2 years from every max bid

So would it just be to save GMs from themselves?

no. gives teams with birds too much of an advantage on the second max. right now it's $19.7m vs $17.5m, and even now stars barely leave. with a five year max after a four year rookie deal that's 9 years of experience, so non bird GMs can only start at $15m except bird GMs can start at (12.5 + 1.25 + 1.25 + 1.25 + 1.25) * 1.05 = $18.4m and that's all she wrote
and with the free amnesty for new GMs we don't have to worry about them carrying cap killers
so what's the point

Should’ve known disagreeing with Muzunga off the bat was the right move.

Would 5/6 be a happy medium or is that impossible for some reason?

I like 5/6 the most.
Why am I agreeing with Tim so much lately?
